Grow beyond Conventional Success to Achieve Greatness

Everybody wants to grow and growing also. Most of us, willingly, through a combination of hard work, dedication and being in a favorable situation -- and a few perhaps automatically.

But, how many of us are growing as an achiever in terms of holding an inspiring and trust-worthy position in the eye of the others?

By position I don't mean conventional social status accomplished through wealth accumulation, but commanding a huge respect from masses for making a series of invaluable and intangible contributions to the  humanity.

Materialistic growth and achievement - two sides of the same coin - are two entirely different things. Growth is a tangible gain for our own benefits, and achievement is an intangible reward for making others grow.

We can grow exponentially without any achievement as such. And that's what happen with most of us. But a few achieve a lot without bothering about personal growth. And they are the ones who remain immortal. Because, growth could be a reversible process, not achievement!

This fundamental difference between growth and achievement draws a clear line of demarcation between being just successful and being a great personality.

The World always remember great personalities for their unforgettable contributions toward making the world a better place, not those successful profiles who focus only on their own benefits.

Let's try to grow beyond conventional success to achieve greatness!
