Life is not About Giving up, but Living for Others!

Giving up; sounds so natural but with some devastating consequences: For self, and for all who are closely associated with our existence.

Trust me, I don't want to give up because I can't afford to; however, I think, I have reached the limits of tolerance.

Why You Must Have A Balanced Self-esteem!

One of the research findings I read today, highlighted the importance of maintaining a reasonably high self-esteem for unbiased assessment of people and situation.

Scientists, through an interesting study, claim to have proved that when we feel bad about ourselves we are unlikely to arrive at unbiased decisions.

Another Blow, Still I Won't Give Up!

Just because I have asked for a small amount of money from my mother, one of my brothers put his foot down declaring that if the money is given to me he would cut off the relations with her.

He is one of those fortunates, who have neither taken any financial help from anyone nor given.

How to be a Successful Recruiter

Personally, having worked with India's biggest corporates Bajaj Auto and Vedanta before venturing into entrepreneurship, I feel that the success of a recruiter depends mostly on his/her ability to create a niche in their clients' and candidates' value system through knowledge based performance.

Performance leads to developing confidence and confidence brings in more business, and the cycle continues.

I think, recruiters should never forget, even though money comes from the clients but, it happens only because the selected candidates honor their commitment.

So, a recruiter should extend equal importance to both: Clients and candidates, and try to work-out a win-win deal -- to the best of their abilities.

Poem: Don't Waste Your Life!

Just wrote a poem after a long time:

There is a face behind the face,
There is a crime behind the success,
There is an injustice behind the verdict,
But, there is nothing behind the naked truth.

I Must Tame My Destiny!

Life is a roller coaster drive, but the extent of rise and depth of fall are different for different people -- I too know that, but, had never anticipated such a long hours of sufferings: 2 years.

During last 3 months, several times, the horizon tuned red announcing the onset of sunrise but every time it turned out to be a mirage, stretching my patience, further, perhaps beyond human tolerance level.

Who doesn't like or enjoy success? If you don't, go to a psychiatrist please.

But, the issue here is: Nothing comes fee of cost in this world -- including success.

Will God Embrace Me?

Infamously known as an atheist, I have never visited any temples with an intention to ask for some favor from the Almighty.

How, Playing around with Multiple Job Offers may Ruin Your Career

Morning, I received a regret letter from a senior candidate who was supposed to join one of my clients sometime in the coming week.

Two months after receiving the offer, he has just sent us a plain mail casually citing some personal reasons for not taking up the assignment.

For him the matter ended there, but for other involved parties it's just the beginning of a nightmare!

Chal Ekela, Chal Ekela, Tera Mela Piche Jhoota Rahi Chal Ekela

Everything that you read and learn about relationship is a bullshit when you have only one option: Survive out of a violent domestic life, because the life of your own children is at stake.

If you behave normally, it wouldn't lead to a normal conclusion; if you behave abnormally, that would completely spoil the atmosphere at home. Then, what do you do?
