No Fear, No Regret, Live Life King-Size!

My life is an open book, is what I believe in and follow too. What's wrong with it, as long as my self-respect remains intact?

Crying over the mistakes and smiling through the success are what make me comfortable, and I don't find anything wrong in sharing those moments with a few thousand.

Destiny's Torture: Giving Up is Never An Option!

After a long tine Sandip called up, and the gist of what he told me is as follows:

After a long time Sandip called up, and the gist of what he told me is as follows:

There was a time, when I used think that the success I had achieved would remain with me, and forever; nothing could take it away. But, I was wrong!

Today, while struggling to rebuild my business from ground level, I have realized that being complacent with my achievement was the biggest mistake of my life and I have no option but to pay the price.

Success: Being in the Spotlight?

What is meant by success? Is there an universal definition of success? Can we pin point, yes, reaching that particular milestone is called success?

For an animal, primary success is all about being alive: For a predator, success means achieving the daunting task of killing her prey for the next meal; for a prey, success is the manifestation of her ability to stay away from those killers on daily basis.

Talent Management: Why is HR Failing to be Proactive?

Hey Recruiter, you must know that your priority will never match that of your clients; however, if something goes wrong, you would be held responsible for what you have no idea about.

Is Luck Factor, Only A Myth?

Some people, who are the normal delivery of FORTUNE, proudly decline the role that luck must have played in shaping up their destiny.

They claim that, it's their hard work and a perfect planning that have contributed to making it happen in life.

They may be right, or wrong. But, I must ask my readers:

1. Is it only our efforts and and planning - independent of luck - that make us successful in life?

2. Doesn't luck play any role in making it happen in life?

3. Is luck factor, only a myth and has no practical relevance?

4. Can we produce the best results through hard-work and dedication, even if the luck is deadly against us?

Please share your own life experience in that regard - not just theoretical assumptions and hypocritical demonstrations - and make a clean statement either in favor or against.

6 Ingredients for Success!

The foundation and building block of any successful person is Ambition, or the desire for personal achievement. -- Ashkan Karbasfrooshan

Yes, I'm writing again, after a gap of more than a month. Because, while being away from expressing myself in black & white -- I was getting suffocated.
