Hold It, Don't Just Give Up!



To experience a tough time in life is nothing unusual for most of us. But, when it prolongs beyond normal human tolerance level, the damage it causes to self-esteem makes one extremely vulnerable and even a small issue appears enormously large.

If you're one of those unfortunates and going through serious troubles, and you feel that the impacts of your sufferings are eating away your fighting spirit, hold your breathe for a while and tell yourself:

1. Nothing is permanent in this World

The end of your sufferings, though delayed, but, is inevitable. Because human life is not beyond the law of nature: Every season is temporary and, without fail, is always followed by the next. Wait for the Arrival of A Life Changing Dawn of Succes!

2. Keep talking to self

Keep inspiring your soul that you'e not one of those who'd easily surrender to destiny. Tell yourself, and repeatedly, that you can't afford to give up as your life is not just yours but there are a few who need you for their survival. Nurture The Power of 'Failing to Fail'

3. Never succumb to your negative feelings.

Even if at some point of time you don't see any hope, just keep trying every alternatives, ignoring a misleading self-esteem that would try to prevail - emotionally - over your survival instincts. Never forget the fact that You're Born Extra-ordinary!

Remember:

People, who give up, in extreme adversity, don't do it because they want to, but only because they fail to convince themselves that they have enough mental strength to endure it. Simply put, Secret to Successful Bounce Back is decided by yout 'Mind Toughness' Index!

So, hold it, don't just give up yet, telling yourself: "Life, is a Game I Must Win"
