Never Fall in Love with Addictive Depression!

Falling in love with the negativity of life is perhaps one of the easiest form of addictive depression. It doesn't cost you a dime; it doesn't require a dedicated follow up; it doesn't require an extra effort. What it requires is an unconditional submission to the habit of always looking for negative sides of every development in life.

What starts as the consequence of failure in one task, keeps swelling up over a period time when left unattended without a few doses of positivity being injected into the life system on daily basis. The victim, gradually, and unknowingly, gets addicted to an self-justified mode of meaningless living, all the time blaming destiny for every failure.

Ultimately, at some point of time, she or he, surrendering to destiny's torture due to lack of genuine efforts to turn the situation around, succumbs to a devastating tsunami of negativity and is forced to give life up! I had helplessly watched at least one such case, and hope it never happens with anyone, anywhere, in this world.

If you are going through a situation when your existence appears meaningless, even then never fall in love with a seductively addictive depression -- rather create an inspiring purpose of living, making the best use of  the most precious gift from God: "HUMAN LIFE!"
