How to Keep Your Customers Mesmerized Ensuring an Everlasting Relationship!

Turbo-charging your business with a plugged-in social media engine is perhaps the most viable business initiative one can think of, when most of your existing customers and the prospects are already hooked on to one or the other social networking sites.

But how to go about it? Well, I've identified an action plan that I'm sure would produce some noticeable results:

1. Fulfill both Professional and Intellectual Needs of Your Clients

Create a unique space in your customers' life, offering them an integrated solution fulfilling not only their business needs but intellectual thirst also.

2. Design A Set of Knowledge Modules

Every customer has a unique needs in terms of the type of information she would be looking for, and it's imperative that you correctly identify a set of relevant knowledge modules -- more or less covering their requirements. At the same time, it's important to keep the number of modules as minimum as possible - without compromising core objectives - for avoiding a clumsy presentation.

3. Integrate Social Media Tools and Connect to Knowledge Modules

Once you're confident about correct interpretation of their requirements, load all your social media tools with useful information extracted from the web that would add value to your customers' overall information needs, integrate and connect to those knowledge modules. This integration for priming the knowledge modules is perhaps one of the most difficult tasks and it calls for a perfect understanding of your customers' psyche.

4.Make an Impressive Web-based Presentation

Final step would be to present these social media driven information modules to your customers through a simple and easily readable website, mesmerizing them to the extent that they are compelled to visit it frequently.

These days, with a fierce competition shaking up business domain violently, it's not performance alone but building up a comfort zone with your clients and making them dependable on you for all their needs -- is what likely to govern your course of path in business: Success or Failure.
