Habits Don't Change On Their Own!

The idea of "Never Give Up" come with a rider along: Force yourself to "never give up!" 
For example: The comfort of a warm bed in winter will always mesmerize us with the possibility of another round of great sleep. Getting out of that comfort zone does not happen on its own, unless we force ourselves to do so to be in line with working hard.

Scientific research has already proved that the time taken to decide between Yes or No, at that critical juncture of decision making, to initiate or not any fruitful action, lasts for a few seconds only. 
Let us act positively within the time frame of those few seconds and make it happen in life. Habits don't change on their own. In fact, we have to force ourselves for the same.
