When situation gets out of control in any organization in the Corporate World, rather in any domain of life, only then the true leadership emerges by radically changing the culture.
Right?
Now, you may ask: What is the culture of an organization or group of individuals?
The answer is: It is the manifestation of the collective and integrated belief system and the values of those within and working for that entity.
Isn't it?
It, my opinion, is: The formulation and implementation of the policies for bringing about the intended effective change.
But, how?
Surprisingly, the answer, to the best of my knowledge, is very simple: No Training can teach you, what you already know but don't realize as to how to implement the same practically. Trust me, for that, you have to look within and act upon waking up the power of self-belief sleeping quietly inside yourself.
Don't look out for motivation and inspiration to make your life a grand success; rather, act more and more on to bring in more and more motivation and inspiration internally to take your life to an unbelievable level of accomplishments.
It is all about action!
