Today every organization wants immediate delivery of results from all employees right from the day one. Some of the leaders even say: There is no honeymoon period!
The definition of immediate for them is instantaneous. No time for settling down at all. Begin delivery right from the day one.
Who can claim to deliver results right from the conception?
In human, so far I know, it takes more than 9 months to evolve from conception to inception and introduction to this world.
So, I would rather call this expectation of immediate success as deception.
When you hire someone at any level, allow him to settle down in the new environment, understand the intricacies for a perfect blending with organizational goals and objectives of his/her professional aspiration.
The whole business world is so focused on competitions that the time has come to create a new world, encouraging co-operation in every domains of human interactions for the survival of our civilization.
