Who Says, You Don't Have Time?

I just read an article by Leo Babuita of 'Zen Habits' fame explaining how we fail to effectively utilize the time.

We wish to do many things but keep postponing them indefinitely just because of the assumption that we don't have enough time.

Actually, it's not that we don't have time but -- an effective time-management system!

Well, effective time management is difficult to achieve if we don't plan our activities according to priorities.

However, defining priorities requires a continuous evaluation of the developments in our life on daily basis-- and perhaps in some cases on hourly basis.

Remember, it's not lack of time that prevents us from executing certain activities but our mind-set that we are extremely busy.

So, let us evaluate the pending jobs, prioritize them according to their degree of importance and start the execution.

I'm sure, we would be able to get rid of the un-productive habit of postponing things indefinitely.
