Start Ups: Never Compromise on Quality of Employees

Choosing wrong people may cost you a few years of your entrepreneurship career, choosing the right ones would more than make it up; remember, life is all about learning from past mistakes and taking the right decision to avoid recurrence in future.

That's what I had experienced as an entrepreneur, and learned an unforgettable lesson too!

I think the fundamental difference between successful companies that grow leaps and bounds, and those that die premature death -- is the quality of people they recruit in the beginning.

Believe me: More you focus on talent quality and less on compensation, more you get in return in the long run; and vice versa!

I know very few entrepreneurs realize this decisive difference between success and failure; but a few, who do, end up becoming hugely successful in business.

If you are floating a start-up, better listen to what I wish to say and recruit the best available talent even if that requires stretching your funding limits beyond sustenance.

Because, neither you nor your investor would make your venture successful -- but your employees.
