Be A Sparkling Leader!

Success materials, never in their life, ever look for sympathy/empathy from anyone; neither they play with others' emotion, even while negotiating through a down-turn.

They just wait for the right time. And, when time comes, they ruthlessly destroy traces of sarcastic smile on the faces of those human predators, who, appearing to be friend, look for tasting the blood oozing out of others' wounds.

What I'm trying to highlight is about being more real, than ideal.

All of us pretend to be ideal, but  keep trying to be real. However, in reality, most of us are neither real nor ideal. We are utterly confused between reality of realism and an abstract modern idealism.

Down with this confusion syndrome, everyone is working hard on getting ahead of others by hook or by crook; everyone is trying best to make others surrender to his or her dictum. Because, that's how we have been evolved.

Survival for the fittest: Some try to do it through money power, some try to do it through muscle power and the rest try to do it using the power of emotion. But, unfortunately, very few try to do it through the power of knowledge.

The victims are those noble and innocent preys who never get the pulse of this game played by others and remain contended with their idealistic assumptions.

So gain knowledge, think real, and act accordingly: Only then, you would be able to realize real intention of the other person; only then, you would be able to look through the sheath of hypocrisy in every transaction; only then, you'll develop the qualify for qualifying from a harmless  follower to a sparkling leader.
